Growing up, I was fortunate to be immersed in sport—both as an athlete and as a member of the training staff. These experiences were instrumental in shaping the therapist I am today, teaching me firsthand the power of teamwork, resilience, and having the right support system when striving for higher performance and long-term health. Driven by a passion for movement and human potential, I pursued a degree in Kinesiology and a diploma in Massage Therapy, complemented by hands-on experience working with athletes at every level of sport. By tapping into my in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and recovery strategies, I work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique goals—whether that’s injury recovery, improved performance, or long-term wellness.
